200kg/h Frozen French Fries Production Line Successfully Installed in Georgia

In March 2026, Leaptek Machinery successfully completed the installation and commissioning of a 200kg/h frozen French fries production line in Georgia. From equipment manufacturing to shipment, on-site installation, commissioning, and technical training, the entire project was carried out smoothly and efficiently, receiving high recognition from the customer.

The production line was customized according to the customer’s actual production requirements and includes key processing sections such as potato washing & peeling, cutting, blanching, dewatering, frying, quick freezing, and packaging. The complete line features stable operation, high automation, and reliable product quality, fully meeting the customer’s frozen French fries production demands.

During the manufacturing stage, our engineering team strictly controlled every production detail to ensure high-quality equipment delivery. After the equipment was completed, all machines underwent comprehensive testing before shipment to guarantee stable performance on-site.

Following the arrival of the equipment in Georgia, our professional technical team traveled to the customer’s factory for on-site installation and commissioning.
