The core processing flow of the production line is clear and efficient, with precise quality control at every step:
|
Flexible Slicing to Meet Diverse Needs |
The slicing stage offers two options: a downward-pressure slicer and a multi-functional vegetable cutter. The downward-pressure slicer can precisely cut round and oval slices, meeting the diverse appearance requirements of banana chips in different markets; the multi-functional vegetable cutter is suitable for slicing various fruits and vegetables, ensuring the expandability of the production line. |
| Continuous Frying for Even Crispness | The sliced banana chips are smoothly transported to a continuous fryer via a conveyor. The equipment uses a continuous operation mode, precisely controlling the frying temperature and time to ensure that each banana chip is evenly heated, golden in color, and crispy without being greasy. |
| Efficient Oil Drainage + Rapid Cooling |
After frying, the banana chips enter a vibrating screen for efficient oil drainage, removing excess oil and aligning with healthy eating trends; then they are rapidly cooled to room temperature via an air cooling line, preventing softening due to residual heat and firmly locking in the crispy texture. |
|
Manual Sorting for Strict Quality Control |
The cooled banana chips are transported to a sorting line, where workers can visually select and remove substandard products that are spoiled or have poor appearance, controlling product quality from the source and ensuring uniform product appearance. |
|
Drum Seasoning for Diverse Flavors |
The qualified banana chips are sent to a drum seasoning machine via a conveyor. The equipment can evenly coat the chips with various seasonings such as sugar, salt, and spices, easily achieving diverse flavor customization such as original, salt and pepper, and sweet. |
| Automatic Packaging for Finished Products |
The seasoned banana chips finally enter the packaging machine, completing the entire process of weighing, sealing, and packaging, quickly producing finished banana chips ready for market. Leaptek's banana chip production line integrates automation, flexibility, and high quality, adapting to the different production capacity needs of small and medium-sized food factories to large-scale processing enterprises, making it your powerful partner in expanding the snack food market! |
