Ethiopian Potato Chip Production Line

This case involves a fully automatic potato chip production line with a capacity of 300 kg per hour, ordered by a customer in Ethiopia. The main process includes: washing, peeling, sorting, slicing, drum rinsing, blanching, vibration dewatering, tumbling belt air drying, frying, vibration oil draining, air cooling, drum seasoning, and packaging. The customer visited our factory to sign the contract and inspected the machine on-site after production was completed. The results perfectly met expectations. After shipment, our factory sent technicians to Ethiopia to install the machine, and the trial run results far exceeded expectations.
